maybe you have been going through various types of emotion and you end up seating down contemplating on how to go through your life without being bothered by that feelings anymore.
heres a clue on how to do it....
1.think of the opposite of what might have happened if it wasnt that way. for example, you might be feeling sad about an about losing in a game. so, now you think what you might be feeling like if you have won the game. what type of treatment you would have given yourself for winning it. this will serve u as a motivator to strive for winning the game and stop wasting your time worrying about it.
